OVERVIEW As Onmo launched its new brand and app in 2025, the website needed to reflect a clearer, more confident product story. The goal was to create a focused, approachable experience for first time credit card users. I designed a clean, simple website that communicates one idea at a time, reinforces trust early, and guides users smoothly toward joining Onmo, while staying aligned with the new visual identity and app experience.

DISCOVERY I began with a competitor audit and found that most credit card websites were cluttered, heavy on jargon, and overwhelming for users new to credit. This highlighted a clear opportunity to differentiate through clarity and restraint. Working closely with stakeholders, I focused on understanding user anxieties around credit, trust, and eligibility, and used those insights to shape a website that reduces friction and builds confidence from the first interaction.

SOLUTION The final site presents Onmo’s offering in a clear, structured flow, starting with a strong value proposition, visible trust signals, and focused CTAs. Key features are introduced through simple visuals and an accessible carousel, while the sign up process is broken into clear, reassuring steps. Educational content explains credit basics in plain language, and real customer reviews are integrated via Trustpilot to strengthen credibility. A lightweight website specific design system ensured consistency and responsiveness across devices.

RESULTS The redesigned website delivered a clear, user friendly experience that stands apart in a crowded credit card market. It supports conversion through focused messaging, reduced cognitive load, and strong trust signals, while remaining flexible for future feature growth. The project also strengthened collaboration across design, engineering, and external partners, resulting in a fast, SEO friendly site that feels cohesive with the app and confidently represents the Onmo brand.
